Italian Minestrone - Gayle's Gourmet Soup

A package of dry soup that makes 2 quarts of Italian minestrone soup 

Just add 6 cups of low sodium chicken or vegetable broth, 1 cup of shredded cabbage and 1 small can of petite diced tomatoes and 1cup of water. 

Cook and simmer for 35 minutes and you have a meal.

Salt to taste.

Package includes freeze dried vegetables and dehydrated beans for the best taste.
